the open bar near reception was a lovely bonus (i enjoyed the snacks!). the breakfast buffet included a pancake station and fresh fruit.
my room could have benefited from a bit more sunlight.
the room boast a steamer. it serves as excellent alternative to iron. the staff seemed helpful. i found it to be a pleasant visit.
my ceiling was leaking. this result in dripping overnight. no discount was offer for this inconvenience. i find this unthoughtful of such exclusive lodging.

slow serviceoutdated room
i had some problems . the service at the restaurant was slow. we often waited long times to be served. the staff did not seem too interested in providing a good experience. also, the gym only had one treadmill and a broken recumbent bike. the room, a singular junior suite, felt outdated.

The room had a spacious layout with comfortable seating areas. A very large terrace was a great addition. The coffee machine produced very nice coffee each morning.
The hotel spa required an extra payment for wellness treatments.
