nice spaimpractical bathroom layoutfluctuating shower temperature
the spa was quite nice, with a decent selection of treatments.
the room i had was much smaller than expected. the bathroom layout was not practical, and the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. the bed was rather firm, it gave me a backache.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. They were eager to please. baptiste from the ski room gave us excellent skis and tips for slopes. the drivers were very helpful transporting us from the hotel to the ski lifts everyday. the location is great.
the rooms are bit small. cramped, you know? i find the bed wasn't comfortable. the hotel charged too much.
