i stayed in a superior room i loved it! the staff really looked after me, i felt so special. breakfast was very nice i enjoyed the big choice of things.

The swimming pool was fantastic, so was the sauna. i also enjoyed the steam room. i was upgraded to a suite. That was a welcome bonus. the breakfast had many options to choose from.
my room faced the road, this meant it was small and expensive.

The staff was very kind. They prepared a little surprise for my daughter, she enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was very good (I loved the fresh croissants). The room was very nice and spacious.
My room's wifi reception was a little unstable.

The hotel is located a short walk from Salle des Combins. It took less than five minutes on foot. It was very convenient for attending master classes (the hotel held one).

The staff were very helpful with restaurant bookings before my arrival. They provided lots of recommendations. Every staff member was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very welcomed.

The breakfast had a large selection of food. It varied day to day. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were also very helpful.
The furniture in the room looked old. The bathroom sealant was turning black. I had to walk through the cold parking lot to get to the sauna and pool. (I wish they were more connected.)
