the staff was friendly a cute dog lived on the premises the pool looked inviting the restaurant was nice
i went for dinner though i did not stay at the hotel it deserves maybe 2.5 stars if that the food was disappointingly average i ordered the sri lankan curry but it was bland like eating mcdonalds

the rooftop terrace gave excellent views. we arrived with nine guests, and the staff accommodated us immediately.
the bathroom was small. it was not very private, as it had only wooden slats.

the hotel location was perfect and the view was amazing. the rooftop restaurant provided excellent dinner and breakfast options. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel enjoys a superb location on a hill, approximately 20 minutes by walking to the historic dutch fort. this offers panoramic views of the city. Tuk-tuks are readily available for convenient transportation.
