the staff addressed my concerns promptly. a manager offered complimentary breakfast as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. their excellent customer service made a real difference.. the quick response was appreciated. i would certainly consider staying here again based on this positive interaction.
the balcony room overlooked the roof. i think a balcony room should have an actual view. i didnt even sit out there .

the hotel has a very good location directly by the sea. the beach access makes it easy to enjoy the sand and surf, so you can relax just steps from your room. the surroundings are serene and inviting.

this resort exceeded my expectations! the family-friendly vibe was very nice. i loved the playground, mini golf, and multiple pools. the beach access was so convenient, and the sand was perfect!). dany provided really good service during my meals.

the location was superb, set in a residential area right on the beach, and i felt safe. i was so pleased with the convenient access to the beach and nearby attractions. the proximity to the water made mornings and evenings extra special.

The grounds included many activities and play areas. This was great for families. The private beach was easily accessible, with a couple of places to get food and drinks. The staff was amazingly friendly , from the front desk to the wait staff.
The pool area was very full . Many people used day passes. This made it hard to find a place to sit. The room initially smelled like cat urine , which was unpleasant.
