Acceptable Stay but Not Without Issues

The pool area was quite large and provided a relaxing environment.
The room service breakfast was a letdown, mainly the pastries were not fresh. my request for a different room with a better view was rejected (I did not expect this). I find this unacceptable, especially considering the cost of the stay.

warm greetingroom upgradegood surprise
i appreciated the warm greeting from janelle llanes at check-in. she acknowledged my rewards program status and offered a room upgrade given availability. a good surprise of sweets and a note from managing director matthias kammerer awaited us. the italian restaurant presented tasty food.
