the staff was attentive, I loved that! there were many activities available, I really enjoyed that. the breakfast included fresh fruit. there were platters with manchego, chorizo and other local cured meats, I felt great pleasure.

my room was showing very slight signs of wear, a minor issue really.

the breakfast service was good. a very friendly lady kept all guests happy and catered to all our needs. the pool was lovely, and the staff moved beds upon request. i appreciated the helpful pool attendant. he even offered to get my ice cream.

i booked a twin room. i was told the air conditioning was centralized and stuck at 24 degrees. my daughter has asthma, and the heated room made her coughing worse.

the room had good size air con worked well and provided ample space for our needs. floor tiles looked loose, but overall, the room was super clean and cozy with a good view.

The pool area was immaculate and just perfect for lounging. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options. i especially loved the fruit selection. the staff was super friendly and cute. !!

The gym was closed. This was a major bummer for me as i really wanted to get a workout in. i wish the hotel made it clear that there was an extra charge for using the gym.

The room was spacious, clean, and very well-appointed!!! it also had a sweet little balcony. housekeeping did an excellent job. They cleaned the room daily to a high standard. everything was perfect.
