fantastic city center stay
helpful staff parking arrangement great terrace
i found the staff very friendly and helpful they easily arranged parking for me despite my late arrival i received great recommendations from guillermo for local restaurants the roof terrace provided a great experience i appreciated the helpful service there.
the room was quite small i had difficulty finding space to open my luggage i also noticed limited space in the bathroom making it somewhat challenging to move around

breakfast offered a good selection for a city hotel i enjoyed the quality and variety of the food available the breakfast setup was perfect for starting the day before exploring.

the hotel is in the heart of the old town it is near the beach and close to many nice establishments the location allows comfortable access to all major attractions.

great views ground floor friendly service
the location was really good, close to everything i wanted. the rooftop bar, i like that a lot. it has great views and the service be friendly. i had a ground floor accessible room, and it was super spacious.
the two windows in my room looked right onto the street, so people could look right in.

friendly staff room upgrade generous touch tiny room limited floor space inadequate facilities
the staff were really friendly. i received an upgrade, and the free sangria at the rooftop bar plus a glass of sparkling wine and chocolate in my room was a generous touch. this significantly exceeded my expectations for a place i booked before heading to the airport.
the room we were given was tiny. the floor space was almost entirely taken up by the double bed. i booked a double room months ago, but when i asked for a larger room, they agreed it was really only suitable for a single person.

small room cramped bathroom
the location was acceptable.
i was really disappointed. the room i booked, a 'double or twin room', was small. it was hard to move around, and the bathroom felt cramped.

small room loose door
The hotel location was acceptable, placing me within walking distance of many attractions.
My room was quite small. The floor space was almost entirely taken up by the double bed. The ensuite facilities felt inadequate. The sink was separate and in the main room. The toilet and shower were in a tiny room with a loose sliding door (it seemed like a cupboard).
