wonderful stay!

Suruchi welcomed us warmly upon arrival. she told us about all the facilities. we could use everything without problems. the room was clean and cosy, it even had an electric blanket. It was a great detail! breakfast was delicious. fresh orange juice, cereal, toast and fruit were also available.
The shower mixer in our room was faulty.

lack of barvegan sausage
the lack of a bar for hotel guests annoyed me it was advertised but nonexistent this false advertisement was frustrating i also found the breakfast disappointing it advertised a full english breakfast but there was no bacon only vegan sausage it felt misleading i really hate false advertisement and misleading information it makes me feel cheated

some issues
missing kettlediy breakfast
i found a couple of things less than ideal . there was no kettle in the room though photos showed one. i was told to use the downstairs kitchen, i thought this was odd. breakfast felt do it yourself, which wasn't quite what i expected.

suruchi gave a warm welcome. she showed me to the family room i booked. the room had two comfortable beds. a modern bathroom featured a rainfall shower and separate sinks. breakfast was self serve offering fresh fruit, yoghurt, and hot options.
