My classic double room was surprisingly spacious. i was charmed by the presence of an elevator. It made moving my luggage much easier.
The room was very hot and i could not find a remote control for the heat pump. the bathtub had no plug, and the front desk was unable to assist. It reminded me of i was not valued as a guest.

this hotel is in a good location. the palais garnier and shopping are within walking distance. two metro stations are also close. the smaller elevator might be a slight challenge.
i found the room a bit too warm. there was no remote for the heat pump or ac. getting the temperature right was a bit tricky.

the staff was nice at reception. the hotel features beautiful wall hanged paintings and lovely decor. the room was a great size. we loved the paintings! but the decor was amazing.
the heating was switched off during winter. the room was ice cold when i arrived. there was no 'do-not-disturb' plate available in my room. i booked only for one night and wanted to sleep. but i was disturbed twice by room service at 10 and 11 who knocked on my door and woke me up.
