the location proved fantastic and quite convenient for seeing the city. the staff were also super friendly, always eager to help with any questions or requests. i certainly plan to visit again (maybe next year!).

the fire alarm went off surprisingly early at 6 am. my room happened to be right next to the alarm, so i didn't sleep very well. the hotel also has a club underneath it, so i experienced noise from the courtyard.

The location was Very nice! I had easy access to the Opera and Place Vendôme. The staff provided Really good service. They were always friendly and ready to help with any request. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary water, tea, and coffee offered in the lobby.

The hallway had some minor wear and tear. it did not impact my stay.

the location provided perfect access to major attractions.. plus, the staff excelled in multiple languages, notably tracking down my lost glasses at the ballet. i also appreciated that the team helped locate a shoe repair shop quickly. the hallmark of this hotel is clearly excellent staff.

i noticed the cleanliness could be better. i found multiple hairs in the bed and moist spots on the seal around the bathtub. provided water bottles were unsealed, so i did not use them.

The location met my needs perfectly it was central to everything i wanted to see.

The noise was excessive i could hear loud music from a club downstairs every night it went on until early morning. The sofa bed was not comfortable for two adults it felt small and cramped. i found housekeeping inconsistent one day the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon it was disruptive.
