I found fresh milk in a small fridge. This was a lovely touch. the breakfast included great produce. It was cooked perfectly. the staff were helpful. They were really good.
i could sometimes hear people talking in the car park because my room was on the first floor.

i found the staff quite pleasant they seemed to handle requests well. breakfast offered a good variety i had the full english on both mornings. it was freshly cooked. the hotel also provided complimentary toiletries in the room. fresh milk came in a glass bottle this was a nice touch
i encountered an issue with hot water it was sporadic in the shower. some lights were very bright i did not like this. the bathroom ventilation was not working properly. humidity was an issue

the location was good, with access to nearby attractions.
the heater in our room wasnt working when we got there. they did manage to fix it later, but the bathroom ventilation also did not work, causing humidity. the lights felt too bright.
