Excellent Stay
ample parking fresh milk wide menu
I found this to be a lovely place. Parking was available both at the front and the rear of the hotel. The bedrooms included fresh milk for tea, coffee, chocolate bars, biscuits, and crisps. An iron, ironing board, hairdryer, water, and an umbrella were also available. Breakfast featured a continental buffet along with a wide ranging cooked menu.
The room was nice but I felt that a map of the town would have been helpful.

a good getaway!
cute staff clean room fresh milk
The staff was cute (they even helped me with my luggage). the room (single room) was clean and well-kept. i especially enjoyed the fresh milk provided daily for tea and coffee. the hot shower was great. I appreciated the suction mat provided.
I did find that the walls were a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

excellent location modern decor great breakfast
The accommodation had a great location, only a brief walk to the main village area. the room was clean. It contained modern decorations. the breakfast was amazing, it offered great value.
the room we had was quite small, it felt a bit cramped with luggage.

fresh milk helpful staff breakfast produce local tour
I found fresh milk in a small fridge. This was a lovely touch. the breakfast included great produce. It was cooked perfectly. the staff were helpful. They were very good. they offered me a lift to a local tour i booked.
i could sometimes hear people talking in the car park because my room was on the first floor.

reasonable stay overall
pleasant staff fresh milk bright lights humidity issue
i found the staff quite pleasant they seemed to handle requests well. breakfast offered a good variety i had the full english on both mornings. it was freshly cooked. the hotel also provided complimentary toiletries in the room. fresh milk came in a glass bottle this was a nice touch
i encountered an issue with hot water it was sporadic in the shower. some lights were very bright i did not like this. the bathroom ventilation was not working properly. humidity was an issue

broken heater bright lights
the location was good, with access to nearby attractions.
the heater in our room wasnt working when we got there. they did manage to fix it later, but the bathroom ventilation also did not work, causing humidity. the lights felt too bright.
