Excellent Stay Close to Family

This hotel proved convenient for visiting family in the area. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The inclusion of a kettle with tea and coffee was welcome. The location near the A419 made accessing the M4, M5, and Cotswolds very easy.
During checkout, I overheard a receptionist engaged in a heated discussion with another guestwith an uncomfortable atmosphere.

The room size was generous.. It featured well kept furnishings and provided a comfortable environment. Plenty of space was available for luggage and personal belongings.

The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including hot and cold selections. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. The dining area was clean and well-kept, staffed by attentive personnel.

understocked bar and tv from the past
understocked barunprofessional staff
the bar was severely understocked , to the extent that they even ran out of mineral water on a sunday afternoon. the tv in the room was as if from 1980s. there was not even a simple bottle of water in the room. the staff at the main desk on check-in were very unprofessional , munching on crisps whilst taking our details.
