the rooftop pool and hangout area were nice. the pool was really nice during the day and the night. breakfast was very good and the staff were super friendly.
the bedroom door could not be locked from the outside. anyone could have entered the room. the shower did not work properly in our room so we had to use the small head. this small head kept slipping down and alternating between hot and cold.

The rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape after a long day. i found the staff really friendly and helpful. They arranged my airport transfers quickly. breakfast was a highlight, it featured lovely food made to order. Such a great start to the day.
the shower pressure in my room was not great. it took a while to get the temperature right, and it was not very hot.

My urban classic room included a comfortable bed and spacious layout. i found the decor tasteful and relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well. amenities included complimentary water and a well stocked minibar.

The staff were very cute and attended to all my requests promptly. This includes arranging transportation. the breakfast service was attentive, and the staff remembered my coffee order after the first morning. i really appreciated their efficiency.

The hotel is centrally located. A short walk took me to several restaurants and the night market. i found it easy to explore the area on foot from the hotel. it's also close to some of the main temples. We loved the central area!
