Location Issues and Basic Comfort.
loud noise lukewarm shower
I found a couple of problems . The street has many bars, and the noise at night was quite loud. It went on until late, hard to sleep! the shower only had lukewarm water unless I reduced the water pressure a lot. It was difficult to get a hot shower with good pressure.

lukewarm water bar noise
The location was quite convenient. I found the staff to be helpful (most of the time).
My shower never got hot. I had to reduce the pressure to a trickle to get even lukewarm water, not ideal. The noise from nearby bars went on until 3 AM. It made it hard to sleep even with the double sliding doors.

spacious room countertop space western options
The room was a beautiful double room and it was so spacious!!! i really appreciated the closet and the countertop space in the bathroom. the breakfast had both thai and western options. It was perfectly fine.
The shower had low water pressure. It was not ideal.

I appreciated the central location. It was convenient for getting around. the staff were helpful with directions. the hotel's facilities, including the pool, were well kept and clean.
The noise from nearby bars was noticeable late at night. It affected sleep quality slightly.

convenient stay close to everything
modern room quiet space lovely pool area
the hotel rooms offered modern features. rooms provided quiet spaces. i used the lovely pool area. staff at reception spoke good english. they helped me get a taxi to the airport.

spacious room clothes closet ample countertop disorganised staff room delay printing charge
The room was spacious. It included a closet and drawers for storing clothes. The bathroom also was a good size with ample countertop space. The air conditioning worked well, it was quiet and effective.
Staff seemed a little disorganised. My room wasn't ready at check-in time, I waited 45 minutes. I paid 45 baht for 9 pages of printing, it was a lot. The next hotel did this for free for me.

loud music low pressure
The staff was polite and helpful , especially with directions.
The noise level at night was a real problem. Loud music from nearby bars continued until late, this kept me awake. the shower pressure was quite low, I found it hard to rinse properly.
