convenient stay close to everything
modern roomquiet spacelovely pool area
the hotel rooms offered modern features. rooms provided quiet spaces. i used the lovely pool area. staff at reception spoke good english. they helped me get a taxi to the airport.

staff were helpful . they were always ready to answer questions. the reception area was clean and tidy. the hotel staff were polite and accommodating with my requests.

the breakfast included a very good selection. an egg station prepared fresh omelets. plenty of restaurants are near the hotel. many bars are nearby.

The room was spacious. It included a closet and drawers for storing clothes. The bathroom also was a good size with ample countertop space. The air conditioning worked well, it was quiet and effective.
Staff seemed a little disorganised. My room wasn't ready at check-in time, I waited 45 minutes. I paid 45 baht for 9 pages of printing, it was a lot. The next hotel did this for free for me.

The staff was polite and helpful , especially with directions.
The noise level at night was a real problem. Loud music from nearby bars continued until late, this kept me awake. the shower pressure was quite low, I found it hard to rinse properly.
