Wonderful farm stay
antique furniture informative tour
i appreciated the beautiful antique furniture and the homely feel of the place. the staff was friendly, and the farm tour by the owner was informative (i learned a lot about ostriches!). i also enjoyed the tasty ostrich meat for dinner, a healthy option.
the wifi signal in my room was poor, a major inconvenience. the air conditioning did not work properly either.

the hotel provides delicious south african wines to enjoy. the meals were of a high standard and beautifully presented. breakfast had fresh berries and fruits to any taste. the springbok carpaccio was amazing.

the hostess was professional and engaged with her guests. staff catered to every need and were warm on arrival. the staff was very friendly and helpful. bags were whisked away to the suite.

the spa offers mud treatments and massages. a pool exists at the hotel. the rooms overlook the klein karoo scenery. a stoep allows guests to sit and watch the milky way at night (it is fine).

The manor house had beautiful decor with antiques. the pool area had many comfortable loungers and umbrellas. I enjoyed my time there.
The restaurant dinner and breakfast were underwhelming for the price. the coffee was undrinkable. It was not what i expected.

the staff were polite farm tours seemed interesting
the air conditioning was noisy it soaked the bed mattress duvet and pillows reporting this issue did not seem to be taken seriously the breakfast experience was underwhelming for the price paid

professional staff luxurious decor
The professional staff greeted me warmly. Their pride was evident. my spacious room had luxurious decor and catered to my every need. This created a very pleasant stay. the food was top-star quality and the comfy bed and pillows were luxurious.

the spa has multiple therapists, so i could book treatments easily. the pool provided relief from the summer heat. the hotel has a historic house with a charming atmosphere!

coordinated furniture good lighting comfortable bed attentive staff
The suite was spacious. I found the furniture, decor, and lighting well-coordinated (i was charmed by the attention to detail). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big. Staff was attentive and polite. The reception was cute. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere.
The air conditioning unit made too much noise at night.

The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the city center on an ostrich farm. Ostriches were right by the parking area, a unique sight upon arrival. I enjoyed the proximity to nature.
