the breakfast view was very nice.
the room was very noisy because of a motor running all night above the bed. there were very few outlets available, i had to unplug lamps to charge devices. there was almost no furniture to put my things on, especially since the room was small.

Breakfast was nice. I had a large room .
There was no air conditioning. The room got uncomfortably hot, especially at night. The handle on the bathroom door was broken. This made it difficult to close the door properly. I found the cold water refill broken too. This meant I could not get fresh drinking water.

the hotel room was cool i liked the way it still had the features of a prison with a modern en-suite i saw many retained features of the prison throughout the hotel it had decent sized towels too the location was right by a beautiful cathedral with amazing views
the breakfast wasn't great i found little choice exactly one sort of cheese and some ham were available i also noted the 'comfort' rooms do have a coffee machine but they only provided two mini-cups of milk no water was available

Superb Stay at a Former Prison!
detailed interiorperfect locationhistoric areaeasy exploration
i loved the interior design. so much attention to detail exists throughout the hotel. the location was also perfect, right next to the cathedral. it was easy to explore the historic area from there!!!
it was slightly difficult to find parking close to the hotel, requiring a short walk with luggage.

the hotel features unique art installations throughout the premises. i observed a small elongated pool with limited loungers. the bistro provided a nice dining option on-site.

my twin room was comfortable and clean. the room retained some original prison features. the bathroom was modern with decent sized towels.

the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. service at the bar was satisfactory. i did note a difference in refinement between the reception and bar staff.

the hotel's location is in the historic center. the cathedral is right next door. i enjoyed fine views from the hotel windows!!!

the room lacked sufficient outlets i had to unplug lamps to charge devices. there were almost no furniture items to place personal belongings. the bathroom had no storage space making it inconvenient.
