I appreciated the friendly staff and convenient location. playing with the kittens was very fun and the staff communicated directions well. check-in was flexible, which i appreciated. the overall experience was positive. The staff handled every request quickly.
the shower design caused slight flooding in the bathroom after each use.

the room i had was nicely furnished and very clean. the bed felt comfortable, and i found the modern shower room to be well-kept.. these elements contributed to a relaxing stay.

mixed feelings about the stay.

the swimming pool area was pretty and offered a visually appealing space.
The music played during the day was too loud and disruptive! i could not relax. some local greek music would have suited the atmosphere much better. It seemed like a beach club, not a relaxing hotel. the situation detracted from the experience i hoped for.

The pool was a decent size and seemed well kept.
The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The hot food was consistently cold, including the scrambled eggs and bacon (this was not a one-time issue). The limited selection lacked variety, and the quality was poor. I also noticed a recurring issue with the shower. It flooded the bathroom every time I used it, so I constantly mopped it up with towels.

Our Beautiful Suite Mountain View had comfortable beds and lots of space. The bar staff worked hard to keep everyone happy. I really liked that. The pool area was lovely and relaxing! I really liked the great bar.
The music played at the bar, during the day, was very loud, and I found it annoying.
