the staff was super helpful and kind to all guests i saw.
the bathroom cleanliness was not satisfactory as i found several hairs. this oversight is unacceptable and needs immediate attention to ensure a more hygienic environment.

a tender milan memory

the hotel was close to the metro and a supermarket so that was nice. the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. hot water flowed in the morning and evening and the water pressure made washing simple. the housekeeper was lovely and helpful.
the shutters didn't close fully so i woke up with the sun's rays in the morning i wish it could be darker.

the staff was helpful and friendly and always greeted me with a smile. they assisted me with anything i needed making my stay even better. the breakfast and cleaning teams were also lovely and cute.

the breakfast room was excellent and it had great service. there were many healthy choices and plenty of room for sitting to enjoy. i found the breakfast staff to be really good so this was very important.

the hotel was close a metro station. it took me about ten minutes to get to the city center. the staff was very nice and always helpful. the room was new and big, so it was easy to relax.
they didn't give shampoo in the bathroom. receptionists were very nice, but the room didn't have a convenient outlet near my bed. the heating was too high, and i could not turn it down. i wish the room has more features.
