The breakfast was fantastic and served à la carte. the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. i really appreciated that the parking was right next to the entrance. It made everything so convenient! special mention goes to the restaurant staff. They were very professional.

i found some real issues . the air conditioning in my room was faulty it kept switching off. i complained repeatedly. another problem was the noise, the sound proofing felt inadequate with disturbances during the night.

I found parking right outside the hotel. The reception staff was amazing, they took care of my requests immediately. I appreciate the team's special attention, as they resolved all issues quickly. The room offered a wonderful view.

The sauna was not hot. I also found the hammam was extra hot, the opposite of what I would expect. The pool temperature could be warmer for more comfortable swimming.

i liked that breakfast was served overlooking the sea. it was beautifully presented. the food seemed excellent to me. the staff looked attentive, friendly and efficient.

the air conditioning in my room seemed to switch off after about 10 minutes. the room temperature was getting up to 26 degrees. i complained daily, but nothing was done. the hotel admitted the problem on check out, but it took weeks to get a refund of one night's room charge.

I enjoyed the room, it had a beautiful view. Breakfast was a la carte and portions were generous. I found the food quality to be high. The staff responded well to any request.

The sauna lacked sufficient heat. I also noticed the hammam was excessively hot. It would be preferable if these were reversed. The pool temperature was not warm so extended stays in the water proved difficult.

I was upgraded to a Beautiful Double Room Sea View upon arrival it had a comfortable bed the bathroom included two separate sinks. The restaurant offered a beautiful breakfast overlooking the sea the food presentation was excellent. The staff were very attentive friendly and efficient they made everything perfect. Marko and Jovana at reception were particularly helpful.

The gym is rather small it could use some more equipment.
