the room was very spacious, a beautiful seafront king room, and included very nice views. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! there was plenty of choice and it was all fresh.
the pool area was completely shaded by 4 pm.

i thought the cleanliness was amazing. the hotel landscaping has zero garbage and gorgeous stone. the pool towel service was tip-top. there were always chairs available at the pool, on the beach. the hotel staff are very hard working and very hospitable.

our room was impeccably cleaned twice a day. it felt intimate and relaxed to me. the room had a very comfortable and wide bed. the reception staff was super attentive and were really good.

The pool area has excellent service. there were always chairs at the pool and on the beach. i would say the gym was very good. It was large. i met guests who have been returning to this hotel every year for 20 years.

The breakfast buffet displayed many delicious choices, i especially liked the green juice. our room had a balcony showcasing amazing views. I could watch the ocean. i discovered multiple food options. It was like pure romance with the clean, spacious room and comfy beds.
the lounge had many guests from a company group, and i tried to order a wine. the waiter explained they could not serve me, and blamed it on the bar manager. the night manager was not helpful and honestly rude.

The gym was large, though it looked a bit over-stuffed with equipment. I noticed many seating spaces at every turn. pool towel service was prompt. Attentive waitstaff always were nearby. i found the hotel classic and well-kept, showcasing beautiful stone.

My room featured a king bed and offered a serene view of the sea. It was like a dream. the housekeeping staff provided a turndown service twice a day. They kept everything super clean. there was a rainfall shower. I found two separate sinks.
