i found the hotel had amazing communal areas. the staff were friendly and always cute. the bed in my room was wonderfully comfortable , ensuring a good night's sleep.
i noticed a significant number of stairs with no lift , which could be challenging with mobility issues.

amazing quirky getaway!

I adored the quirky, vintage decor , made it unlike any other place i've stayed (the antiques were a real treat!). i also really appreciated the oat milk provided each morning. It made my coffee perfect. the location was fab, giving me very nice views. it was just a short walk to town.
the stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially since there is no lift. it wasn't a deal breaker, but definitely something to consider if you have mobility issues.

the on-street parking was a bit difficult (especially during busy periods). i had to move my car early the next morning.

I really enjoyed the hotel's personality and the quirky, unique touches (loved the curios!). the hotel had such a cool vibe, which captured the charm of the area perfectly. staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure i felt at home. i particularly loved the fabulous view of the abbey from my room.
the hotel did not have a lift, so i had to climb many stairs (i had quite a lot of luggage).

the rooms feature unique themes and quirky decor, complete with curious collections. the hotel has a cocktail library bar, which serves amazing cocktails (the la rosa was my favorite). it provides fresh milk and orange juice daily to each room.
