the room faced the freeway. excellent soundproofing kept it very quiet. staff members were helpful and fantastic. the cafeteria used the same very good kitchen, so the food quality was excellent.

the wi-fi connection was a little weak

The facilities WERE substandard. The website promised amenities I did not find. I expected MORE from a four-star hotel. The adjacent cafe felt impersonal. The constant motorway noise disturbed sleep.

the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. i found toiletries and a hair dryer in the bathroom. the sound proofing worked, so i didn't hear noise from the freeway, even though i faced it. i also enjoyed a superb breakfast at the restaurant.

the minibar did not cool very well.

check-in was rapid. the staff were very helpful at the reception and in the café. i appreciated the friendly smiles of the reception people and the waiter, it. i found this hotel offered superb value.
