the hotel's location near the river and within walking distance of the center was convenient! the spacious room offered a comfortable bed with soft pillows, and the breakfast presented many delicious choices.
I noticed a fair amount of hairs on the bedroom and bathroom floor when i first entered. the reception quickly sent someone to clean it.

The staff was very helpful and kind. They assisted with storing our bicycles securely, our peace of mind throughout our stay, which i really appreciate.

inadequate temperature controlstreet noise
the room's temperature control was inadequate. despite several requests, the air conditioning remained off, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment. street noise was also a problem because i had to open the window to get some relief. the lack of a direct elevator connection to the garage was inconvenient as well.
