Excellent stay in a beautiful setting
rural farms lively welcome
I found the grounds very peaceful. Rural farms border the hotel grounds. The staff accommodated my requests well. Vivi gave us a lively welcome and a rundown of everything we needed to know.

The hotel has multiple pools. The breakfast buffet offered many choices and everything tasted delicious. I was able to borrow bikes for free. It was a super bonus.
The hotel felt quite large. I noticed lots of tour groups. I felt the atmosphere lacked a more intimate vibe.

Very nice Experience!
kind staff spacious rooms beautiful hotel good food
The staff showed kindness and authenticity! Daily interactions included our attempts at Vietnamese while they taught us about foods and customs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was beautiful and cared for. The food was so good!
The hotel was bigger than I thought. It had tour groups. It seemed like a tour group hotel. I prefer a more intimate atmosphere though!

The hotel is just on the edge of town, I noticed! There is a convenient bus service into town and An Bang Beach. The hotel also has free bikes for easy rides around the area and to the beach. I used them a lot!

The Premium Suite Terrace Club Wing, upgraded for my birthday, was tidy! It had a terrace with seating and great views. The beds were very comfortable. I slept so well every night , and I felt pampered.

Awesome Pools and Fantastic Food!
room space breakfast options multiple pools
I loved my room! It was a Family Room Balcony Classic Wing and had plenty of space. The breakfast buffet was huge. So many options were available every morning. I enjoyed using the multiple swimming pools after long days.
The check-in process was a little slow. I waited almost 20 minutes to get my room key. More staff at the front desk would really help!

Breakfast provided many choices with various local and international dishes. Everything tasted fresh. The Red Bean restaurant had delicious food, with fantastic service , made the meal even better. I really appreciate it!

The resort has a great location. It is near enough to the town, but far enough away to be quiet. The free bikes that the hotel provided was very helpful to get around! I loved it.

The pools were very clean, spacious, and well-kept, with plenty of loungers for everyone. The gym had a good selection of equipment. It allowed for complete workouts and I loved the herbal bath bag! I want to know where to purchase it.
