amazing staffstreet noise
the bar staff were amazing and made lovely cocktails.
i had read the lower rooms on the street side were very noisy, so i emailed asking for a higher room but the 7th floor wasn't much better. the noise went on until the early hours of the morning. we could have moved to a sea room for an extra €980 but that felt excessive, considering what we had already paid.

Javier, he is the BEST worker. I really enjoyed my luxurious stay! The bedrooms were comfy and the pool was fun. The staff helped us out with activities EVERY day. They are really great!
the check-in Desk met me with SECURITY WHO handed a buzzer. We waited 40 minutes. It took 25 minutes to check us in. They tried charging extra for a sea view room

Breakfast had many delicious choices and the staff were attentive. The pool area was clean and I always found available loungers. Evening entertainment offered variety. I appreciated the central location as it made exploring easy.

The room offered daily cleaning services and fresh towels. This ensured a comfortable stay. The bungalow room included two separate bedrooms, perfect for accommodating families. There were two sun loungers on our balcony.

The pools were clean and tidy. There were three heated pools. The hotel provided constant entertainment for the whole family. The animation team were really nice too keep us entertained.

The hotel is right on the beach front. A short walk leads to the golden mile. Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos are easily accessible. The location is convenient for accessing shops and restaurants.

Reception staff were kind and pleasant. They were also very informative. I encountered friendly and helpful staff . The bar staff made the most amazing cocktails. I especially appreciated the smiling service.

Fantastic Experience!
great atmospherelovely animator
The animation was lots of fun. Yumara is a funny and lovely animator. The hotel has a warm and inviting atmosphere immediately as you walk in. The staff were cute and helpful and explained everything clearly. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and many shops. The hotel provided lots of entertainmentwith aqua aerobics and water volleyball.
The pool snack bar employee named Emerson raised his voice at me for picking up a ketchup bottle. He told me to leave. This was very rude and unacceptable. I hope the hotel management addresses this behavior with additional training.

The beds felt comfortable, and the room was clean and up to date. I liked the bathroom. Sea view room was lovely.

Alexandra at the front desk provided very helpful information, and she was also very nice. Carlos, Alexandra, Marcos, and Paola are beautiful people with kind hearts. Carlos was always there with a smile, helping with any information needed.

The food options were great, and the breakfast was well varied. The hotel allowed switching between dinner and lunch. It's a nice flexibility. Staff were pretty good too make delicious gluten free food to cater for dietary needs. The managers of the restaurant were very nice and prompt.

There was one heated pool. It was very pleasant. I could always get a lounger to relax in the sun. The hotel seemed spacious with plenty of bars and things to do-.
