i totally loved the super central location! it was seriously close to everything, especially the train and bus stations. the staff were super friendly and helpful! our family room was huge, a real bonus.
I did notice there weren't many sun loungers by the pool, so getting one could be a challenge. It's a small issue, really!

i noticed that breakfast included a wide variety of options! it featured mostly 'full english' type of food, but lacked fresh options. the juice seemed like a chemical mix, though there wasn't much fresh fruit.

the staff was friendly. the hotel was immaculate. rooms were cleaned daily and beds were made up each day.
