a solid stay near everything
central location helpful receptionists really good cleanliness room location
The hotel location worked very well for my needs. the railway station was nearby. The town centre offered many things to explore. i found the receptionists very polite and helpful. the cleanliness of the room also impressed me a lot.
the wi-fi signal didn't quite reach room 123 properly, a little inconvenient. also, there were some early morning noises at times.

The bathroom included both a bath and an over-bath shower. It also featured a handy retractable clothes line over the bath to dry swimwear. rooms were basic, yet the cleaning staff kept them spotlessly clean daily, which i valued.

housekeeping staff were constantly visible. they also looked happy in their work, contributing to a positive atmosphere. the reception staff readily booked transport to golf each day for some guests, i saw.

i didn't have any food at the hotel myself. breakfasts, i was told, feature a 'full english' type of food. it is not an 'amazing buffet' style, which future guests should consider.

central spot rocks!
central location helpful staff friendly staff huge room
i totally loved the super central location! it was seriously close to everything, especially the train and bus stations. the staff were super friendly and helpful! our family room was huge, a real bonus.
I did notice there weren't many sun loungers by the pool, so getting one could be a challenge. It's a small issue, really!

i noticed that breakfast included a wide variety of options! it featured mostly 'full english' type of food, but lacked fresh options. the juice seemed like a chemical mix, though there wasn't much fresh fruit.

the staff was friendly. the hotel was immaculate. rooms were cleaned daily and beds were made up each day.
the hotel lacks its own car park.
