Kiyah and Dominic provided great service at dinner.. Kiyah gave me great dish recommendations. The staff upgraded my room because I had a stressful day, this gesture was really appreciated. I found the modern room amazing and the location was very convenient.
The water pressure in the shower was too low to enjoy it properly. there was some mould in the shower room, around the shower head attached to the wall and in the clip holding the other shower head. This needs addressing for a better experience.

the buffet-style breakfast was acceptable , with enough options to start the day.
my stay wasn't exactly smooth , sadly. the air conditioning in my room seemed to have taken a vacation of its own , leaving me in a rather warm environment. requesting a different room didn't improve things much , as the ac there was equally uncooperative. it seems i paid quite a bit to experience sauna-like conditions , which wasn't the relaxing getaway i envisioned.

clean roomconvenient location
i had a beautiful double room for my stay. it was quite clean. the location was convenient with easy access to the train station, it made getting around straightforward.
the safe in my room was at the bottom of a cupboard, i had to get on the floor to reach it.

tepid showerbroken television
I found a few things disappointing . The television switched off randomly and it was hard to turn it back on. That was annoying. the shower water was only tepid. It never got hot enough for a proper wash. I reported it, but the manager never came to see me about it, which I thought was poor service! The air conditioning did not work either, so the room was quite stuffy.
