Fantastic Spa Experience and Great Service

My wife and I stayed in a Beautiful Double Room. It offered ample space for our belongings and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The outdoor jacuzzi at the spa was a definite highlight (we spent a good hour there). Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.
The receptionist did not greet me in the morning. This set a slightly bad tone for the start of the day. I hope they improve their customer service skills.

We had a wonderful meal in the Badger Bar and Grill. The quality of the food was amazing and the service was first class! Attentive and pleasant staff provided perfect service throughout our three-course meal.

Check-in staff were great. They were very friendly and professional during the entire process. The gentleman even helped us carry our luggage to the top floor. This thoughtful gesture enhanced our initial impression of the hotel.

The hotel is set in pretty park grounds. There was ample parking available (which is always a plus). The building itself is beautiful, with a picturesque and tranquil setting for a relaxing stay.

The decorations made the atmosphere so MAGICAL. The half-indoor, half-outdoor jacuzzi was a definite highlight. The stay-and-dine package had AMAZING value. It allowed plenty to cover our evening meal. The staff were great. They ensured our needs were met with attentiveness.
The main pool temperature could have been warmer for optimal enjoyment. It detracted slightly from the otherwise excellent spa experience. I hope they consider adjusting the temperature in the future.

check-in was efficient! it was exactly what i expected.
The restaurant service was slow. It took a long time to get our drinks. the menu had limited options. I wanted more variety. also the gym only had two treadmills and one stationary bike.

The hotel grounds were extensive and well kept. The outdoor jacuzzi was a nice feature to use. My meal at the Badger Bar and Grill was of good quality , and the service there was attentive.
The receptionist did not show me to the spa area. There was no explanation of available services like water or robes. The changing rooms were small , and the lockers lacked hangers.

The grounds include an indoor and outdoor gym. There is a decent size swimming pool. Our room offered portable air conditioning and a fan. Windows opened to allow a nice breeze.
Seats are limited in the bar area for pre or post dinner drinks.
