the lobby was beautiful, a great first impression. staff members were friendly and helpful. our accessible room was comfortable, and the shower worked wonderfully. the location is convenient, offering easy access to the city center.
the air conditioning seemed stuck at 23 degrees, and the fan turned off every two hours, so it was not very useful. this resulted in a rather uncomfortable night.

The television lacked smart features. i couldn't access streaming apps or connect my phone to play music. also, the room temperature was difficult to regulate. It felt quite cold, and i needed the heater on throughout the night, which wasn't ideal for sleeping. The heater made a loud noise. the air conditioning was not working properly either, there was no cold air at all
