the location felt really good. the grounds were quiet near the river. the staff at reception was cute and friendly. my room was a king suite and prepared just as i'd hoped. they provided high-quality toiletries. a tea tray was also available.

i experienced the room being a bit tired in places. it didn't spoil the stay.

I found helpful staff. The location is very close to the centre, theater, fine dining, and shops. Breakfast was really delicious, with lots of choices. They provide efficient service in a pleasant environment. Parking cost eight pounds for twenty-four hours, simple to pay.

My room and the corridors needed decorating and looked very tired.
