mixed feelings about the stay
awful pillows inconvenient location
the breakfast was ok.
The pillows were just awful, i asked the staff five times to change them, but nothing happened. the location is quite far from the center. It is not convenient. it was the worst hotel i have ever slept in.

basic room terrible pillows
my room was quite basic. it was small and it lacked amenities i would expect in a four-star hotel. the pillows were not good. also, i was charged extra for water and for using the car charging facility.

great decor great breakfast shuttle service
The hotel decor looked great. the breakfast offered a great selection of items. i appreciate the shuttle service to the train station. It made my travel easier. the staff's attentiveness greatly enhanced my stay. They were always ready to help.

the room was spacious and modern, offering a comfy bed. there was plenty of space to relax. the room provided a good atmosphere after a long day.

the hotel included shuttle buses to and from the train station, a big bonus! i used the transfer service, and everything felt nice and easy, which i greatly appreciated. the hotel also had a cozy fireplace.

breakfast was great. the coffee tasted amazing!!! i also tried the pizza restaurant, and the pizza was really good. the hotel had various restaurants, so i did not have to travel far to eat.

the breakfast selection was AMAZING with so many choices. the italian restaurant caruso provided high-quality food and excellent service. a complimentary shuttle to the train station was available, which i REALLY appreciated..
the room felt a little dated.
