I appreciated the central location. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and tasted very good. The rooftop view provided a great perspective on the city.
The street noise at night was noticeable , making sleep a little difficult.

The location was ideal. It was very close to the theater and the national museum where the original dead sea scroll is. The breakfast was good..
I had issues with payment at the reception. They tried to add their own exchange fees on top of the amount. He tried to persuade me it was 'normal' because my bank doesn't accept JOD, it was very frustrating

christine at the hotel gave a warm welcome. she patiently answered every question. i saw the roman theater from there, also citadel was walkable. breakfast was a nice way to start the day before seeing sites.
the room needed a bit more deep cleaning.

The hotel boasts a super great location. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. Shopping is also easily accessible. You just step out of the hotel and you are in the middle of everything. The breakfast was tasty. There were many things to choose from.
The room faced the street. It was noisy even with the window closed. It was not restful at all. The bedding was not very comfortable, and neither were the pillows. I detected a smell of humidity, given that the toilet and shower are in the room.
