Comfortable stay
perfect location free laundry
The location was near perfect (close to rainbow street). Staff were good, i felt, and breakfast was fantastic. A huge plus is the laundry provided by the hotel. This was super handy.

fresh decor english skills speedy service
i loved the fresh decor! the room had many amenities. the staff spoke excellent english! i also enjoyed the speedy room service and the tasty food i ordered.
The valet parking was like the only available option. I wished self-parking existed too.

The room was super clean. Everything seemed well kept.
I must say, the breakfast was quite disappointing. There were very limited options. I expected more variety from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

fine view perfect location sewage smell overheated apartment
the rooftop pool offered fine views of the city. it was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing!!! the location was also perfect, a short walk to both rainbow street and the roman theater.
the bathroom had an obvious sewage smell. i notified different staff members but nothing was done about it. the apartment was overheated and it was uncomfortable to sleep.

charmed by my visit!
large bathroom delicious breakfast
the rooms were spacious! and each had a large bathroom. breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind. the complimentary self-service laundry was a great touch.
