underwhelming experience
musty damp smell questionable service
The staff seemed polite and informative. They acted friendly without being intrusive.
The room smelled badly of a musty damp smell. service was questionable, and i was over charged at the bar. it took 45 minutes to get a small portion of fries. There was no apology for the delay.

Mixed Stay with Some Issues
The interior deco is well designed, which I appreciated.
I booked a beautiful king suite with a bath in the middle of the room. Instead, I ended up with the Bassett suite, with a bathroom on a separate floor. The room smelled of cooked dinners most of the time, likely because it was directly above the kitchen.

The staff were professional and always ready to assist. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room. The breakfast included individually cooked hot food, prepared to order. The timing of everything was excellent, contributing to a smooth stay.

The BLOK restaurant offers a superb dining experience, and Layla provided really good service with great knowledge. The service was fantastic, with staff providing really good knowledge of the menu and wine list, happy to assist with every need. I found the dining experience excellent.

the room included a large television with streaming services. i also found the availability of toiletries from a known brand to be excellent. the restaurant provided very attentive service for both dinner and breakfast.
the in-room fan was not particularly effective at cooling the room, though the weather was quite warm.

an acceptable stay, but with some issues
breakfast included a decent selection of items.
My room, the clock tower 1, faced significant issues. It was clearly a disabled access room (something i wasn't informed about beforehand) and the shower was broken (honestly, what's the point of a hotel without a functioning shower?). also, the room was cold with a noticeable draft from the window above the bed (i swear, that blind was dancing all night).

I stayed in a beautiful room with modern decor and comfortable furniture. The hotel grounds were well kept with vibrant floral displays. I particularly enjoyed the prompt service at the front desk.. staff addressed every inquiry with efficiency and a smile.
The outdoor vitality pool access was limited to spa guests, requiring a separate charge for hotel residents.
