the bar area seemed inviting with many seating options. the food was prepared well and presented nicely. the hotel is conveniently situated near shopping and dining options. the room had a spacious layout and was very comfortable.
I found a small stain on the carpet near the desk. Otherwise, the room was super clean.

The staff was professional and always ready to assist. i contacted reception for a minor issue. It was resolved quickly and efficiently. the concierge provided helpful information regarding local attractions and transportation options.

The location is very accessible to transportation. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise at Browns. Employees are great at reception. The concierge offered assistance when needed, the room was good too. The hotel is close to nightlife.
I did notice the nightclub opposite the hotel had loud music on late.

The location was AMAZING!!! I had easy access to shops and the train station. The staff were friendly. They provided attentive service .
The king room I booked actually had two double beds. This was not the upgrade I anticipated. I found the beds quite uncomfortable .
