The staff at breakfast were friendly and cute. The food selection was good, and I appreciated the variety. The location was also very convenient. It was a short walk to the city centre. there ARE many bars and restaurants nearby.
I was Disappointed that the WiFi was not working. Neither I nor my friends could connect . there was a very limited supply of tea and coffee in the room. ONE tea bag is not sufficient.

The front desk staff was approachable and kind. I appreciated that! The room was very clean. The beds were comfy. The sleep was excellent. I also found some thoughtful extras because they knew about my anniversary. It felt very personal.
The hotel needs better signposting. I found it very difficult to navigate the roads in the city center to find the entrance. The sat nav was always a bit too late with instructions, causing some frustration.

The room was very spacious. It had a large bathroom on the 7th floor. The staff seemed friendly and efficient EVERYWHERE. The breakfast buffet was very generous.
I found parking options not immediately clear. I ended up parking in a nearby car park. I think the menu IS quite limited. I only dined there the first night because of this.

I liked the friendly receptionist. She upgraded us to a beautiful king room. the room was near restaurants and bars. breakfast had skilled staff, as expected. The service was great. the buffet had delicious, well-cooked food. I went back for seconds.
it took us 40 minutes to find the entrance, trapped by one-way roads. signage was almost nonexistent, made the arrival difficult. i also found it difficult to park due to many taxis.

The hotel's location was very convenient. It was right next to the castle. The room was excellent. It had a great view of the city.
The television in the room did not work. Staff came to fix it, but it broke again shortly after. The shower temperature kept fluctuating and became too hot.
