the room i stayed in was a superior double room. it was big enough and everything worked fine. the bed offered good sleep.
the breakfast area felt cold, a thicker sweater was needed. the temperature seemed lower than expected.

i found friendly staff always available at reception. my room included complimentary bottled water and biscuits, a nice treat after a long day. the gym had modern equipment, including several treadmills and bikes for a complete workout.
the air conditioning made some noise, but it was not too serious.

the breakfast service were annoying. they seemed impatient when i asked about options for breakfast. it appears there are very limited options here, just the buffet or a roll, this is frustrating. also, i was told my cinnamon roll would take 15 minutes however my coffee wasn't served at the same time.

The location near temple meads station helped me a lot. It made travel very simple and convenient. A short walk led right to the city centre. The room's large size and comfort added to my experience.
The shower's water pressure was very weak. I wasn't happy about that. I usually enjoy a shower when I stay in a hotel but it was disappointing. Tvs don't cast here.

My room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom included complimentary toiletries I used. I also found the breakfast buffet offered many choices. I enjoyed the convenient location near the train station.
The gym had very limited equipment, I did expect more.
