what a Spot!
great barfriendly stafforganized breakfast
the pool is beyond expectations i say! breakfast was perfectly organized when jaroslav was on duty. it was quiet but only 20 min walk to town. such a great bar and service i experienced.
the spa was clearly too small for the huge hotel.

great barhuge buffetfriendly driverski locker
i found a great bar with excellent service. the breakfast buffet was huge and offered many options. the ski bus service to the slopes was very nice. drivers were always super friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the free ski lockers that were onsite.
the pillows were a little too thin.

The pool was lovely.
The service has degraded since my last visit. The restaurant personnel seemed disorganized and unprofessional. We experienced long waits. The shuttle service should be increased at busy times.
