serene alpine getaway
fresh fruit walk in shower helpful staff
The breakfast stood out with its fresh fruit, various nuts, and a convenient juicer. Cheeses, fish, and meats were also available. the room was clean and featured both a bath and a walk-in shower, which i thoroughly enjoyed. the pools and spa met expectations. I found the staff cute and helpful.
the room i had allocated had little natural light with bright overhead lights, so the ambiance was not relaxing.

a pleasant stay
rooftop pool mountain view breakfast selection bright overhead lights no kettle water policy
breakfast had a nice selection. the rooftop pool was a highlight. it was lovely to admire the mountain views while swimming. i found the location good, it was close to the old town and its shops.
some aspects needed attention. my room had bright overhead lights with no side lights. there also wasnt a coffee machine or kettle for tea. chilled water was not provided free after the first morning. this was a little disappointing.

Fantastic Stay!!!
attentive staff fresh fruit large ski locker
I found the staff very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included fresh fruit, nuts, a juicer, cheese, fish, meat, pastries, and honey. The ski locker is large. It has plenty of boot warmers. You can purchase your ski pass from the reception.
I did not like that there was no coffee machine or kettle for tea provided in the room. Chilled water should be available free of charge after the first morning. I found overhead lights were EXTREMELY bright and there were no decent side lights except small pin lights by the bed.

Really good Stay in the Alps
fresh selection warm pool smart staff excellent massages
The breakfast offered many options. I found the selection large and fresh. The rooftop pool was wonderfully warm, even early in the morning, so I could swim before breakfast. The staff were very smart. They kept the premises clean. Elena and Yelena gave excellent massages. I considered the price good value.
The bright overhead lights lacked adequate side lights, made the room feel too harsh at times.

street noise no air conditioning
the location was fine, a short walk to the center.
I found several issues that soured my experience. the room was unbearably hot with no air conditioning. it was difficult to sleep with the windows open due to street noise. the lack of air conditioning is unacceptable at this price point. The hotel should address this.

amazing breakfast outdoor pool natural light overhead lights
the breakfast was amazing. i enjoyed the outdoor pool and the quality of the rooms. the spa was nice for the rainy days, i also appreciated the perfect location.
The room had little natural light. overhead lights were bright with no decent side lights. no coffee machine or kettle for tea was provided. I also missed chilled water provided free of charge after the first morning.
