The room was very spacious and well-appointed. I was particularly happy with the powerful shower. receptionists offered great support with directions and local tips. the central location made exploring the city simple. I walked everywhere. i found the restaurant at the hotel a great bonus. The meals were consistently delicious.

My room featured quality toiletries and an immaculate condition. I really appreciated the ample space for luggage. the bed was firm and i found the climate control to be very effective. I slept well each night.

The hotel is near the main town, near many key attractions. Walking around was effortless. i found myself just steps away from the Christmas markets and many cute shops. public transportation options were readily available as well

The pool offered a heated experience and also included a sun deck. the gym contained several treadmills. I also saw stationary bikes. the clubby bar was a good spot to unwind with a drink in the evening. It had a great ambiance.

mixed feelings about my stay
unclear thermostat instructions
The thermostat was not user-friendly. it displayed "mode locked", yet the temperature fluctuated was good. clear instructions would really help. It was inconvenient. i kept going to the wrong place.

I found the staff attentive. They addressed requests quickly. our room was cleaned meticulously each day. the location proved excellent for exploring nearby attractions. the valet service was efficient, ensuring prompt retrieval of my vehicle. I never waited long.
the in-room safe was a bit smaller than i anticipated, barely accommodating my laptop and a few other valuables. this limitation created a minor inconvenience, though not a significant issue.

Our king room included a separate sitting area with a sofa and a coffee table. i noticed the bathroom featured a rainfall shower head and luxury toiletries. it also had two plush bathrobes. I found them quite comfortable.

the location was quite convenient. access to nearby attractions was easy. the room had a king bed (it was comfortable for the nights i stayed).
the gym lacked basic cleaning supplies. there were no wipes to clean the equipment after use. the thermostat in my room was confusing. it displayed a 'mode locked' message (it was difficult to adjust the temperature).
