helpful staff large windows open-air option
The friendly staff was very helpful. The room I stayed in had lovely views through large windows. I found a cocktail lounge with an open-air option available during good weather.
The room lighting was a little dim for reading comfortably near the bed.

fantastic experience
spaciousness of the room comfortable bed great location
the hotel room was spacious and included a well appointed kitchenette. there was lots of room for clothing in the chests of drawers and wardrobe. i found the bed very comfortable. excellent room servicing was provided .
the air conditioning system was difficult to regulate so the room temperature varied a lot. one day my room was not made even though i had left it early. i told the front desk but they said it was too late.

the hotel featured a gym i could access and a terrace close to frontenac. i enjoyed jogging with a beautiful view over the lawrence river from this terrace. i appreciated this option

i found the staff to be very polite and friendly . the staff assisted me to check-in very fast and helped me to find the hotel. the hotel staff also provided suggestions of what to see around.

acceptable stay with shortcomings
insufficient bed lighting minimal sound privacy
the lobby area provided a suitable space for meeting with friends.
The lighting near the bed was insufficient for reading. I found this quite frustrating. the bathroom's curtain instead of a proper door offered minimal sound privacy. this meant any nighttime visits to the toilet were disruptive to my companion.

solid stay
spacious room comfortable bedding amazing smell
i thought the room was spacious. the beds and bedding felt super comfortable. the foyer had an amazing smell, i would buy that room scent if i could.
i found the air conditioning system difficult to adjust. the temperature in the room changed from hot to cold. that's the big negative point for me.

the hotel is central and convenient. we felt close to many attractions. the staff made it cute and nice. the hotel had unique decor and a quirky feel, unlike what we experienced.
