a fine stay!
comfortable bed separate wardrobe dual sink
the room had a wonderful view of the beach and sea, great to wake up to. the bed was comfortable. there was a separate luggage wardrobe room, excellent for storage. the bathroom featured a good shower and two separate sinks. it was a big plus!
paying a high price for sandwiches at the pool was a bit disappointing.

the breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. i particularly enjoyed the fruit and custard danish, it was heavenly. i also had an egg dosa every morning, after some cereal, it was a perfect start to the day.

fresh orange juice awesome service friendly chef great prawns
I am a regular customer and always appreciate the food. the service is awesome, and esther. another girl, vishaka, was also good. All was good. the orange juice tasted fresh like in london, and i especially loved the prawns!!! chef ravi saravanan was friendly and considered my suggestions.
the bathtub water drainage needed some instructions that were not provided.

i found my stay to be luxurious. my room, a beautiful double or twin room city view, was spacious and well-appointed. the bed was comfortable, i slept soundly each night. the hotel staff provided attentive service. they promptly addressed every request i made.
the only minor issue i encountered was a slight delay during check-in.

The room included a sofa. There was also a desk. I appreciated the turndown service each evening. A newspaper was at the door each morning.

i am a regular customer here. the food was AMAZING!!! esther. vishaka was very good and helpful. the orange juice tasted very fresh like in london. the prawns were delicious too.
the cleaning staff seemed unresponsive once.
