My stay included breakfast at Madras Pavilion. Mutton biryani tasted great. Rooms are big with a bedroom, desk area, and a living room with a sofa.

a SUPER hotel!
comfortable room eager staff breakfast buffet great tour
My room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The staff was quick, and everyone seemed eager to help. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was such a HUGE variety. Monica gave me a great tour. She showed me around and taught me hotel history.
The rooms are located far from the elevator, which can be inconvenient.

Staff at the front desk WAS excellent, especially Pushpita and Shreya. Avishek jumped into action without skipping a beat, and took care of everything. He's a GREAT asset for this hotel.

Really good Service and Elegant Ambiance
daily feast welcome staff enjoyable dinner great care
The breakfast offered a feast each morning. Every staff member. The dining options included a variety of enjoyable dinners. I also want to thank the concierge team for taking great care of us.
The event was loud. Pounding music reverberated throughout the building, bedrooms included, and it continued late into the night. I really needed some sleep.

The fitness center is nice and well-equipped with drinking water and towels available. The main lobby is a work of art, showcasing excellent design and detailed craftsmanship. The pool area looked enjoyable.

The location is perfect as it is close to the airport, an ideal spot for transit. The easy access to Uber made transportation very convenient, a big plus! Exploring the area was also fairly simple.

A GEM of a HOTEL experience
separate space efficient desk prompt assistance super service
My room was spacious with separate spaces. The desk space ALLOWED me to work efficiently. I found a living room furnished with a sofa. The hotel's size makes it EASY to get lost. Avishek offered prompt assistance. He quickly arranged food and drinks in another bar area when the lounges were full. Hina, Prabhu, and Dev provided super service in the Madras Pavilion restaurant.
The rooms are a VERY long distance from the elevator.

This BIG hotel features multiple restaurants and bars. A gym with treadmills and stationary bikes are available. The hotel includes large swimming pools with sufficient loungers and shaded sections. extensive gardens. The hotel building exhibits historical design.

Staff offer quick, effective service. The front desk manager is very efficient. I also received very informative tours of this magnificent hotel. Service staff SMILE and are prompt to help with needs and any requests.

The Madras Pavilion offers a wide variety of dishes. Breakfast includes many options, INCLUDING South Indian specialties. Cafe Mercara provides coffee and snacks throughout the day. The Lotus restaurant serves team lunches. The mutton biryani is particularly delicious.

inconsistent stay experience
unpleasant odors vegan choices
This HOTEL experience was substandard. My bathroom smelled bad. i requested vegan options, but there were not many available at all restaurants. It took a WHILE to get what i needed. i WON'T stay here again.

spacious living room smiling face super hospitality vegan choices breakfast buffet vegan options
My room had a spacious living room with a sofa. The bedroom was well-equipped with a desk. I found the hotel to be very large. The staff provided super hospitality. Everyone had a smiling face.
The breakfast buffet lacked vegan choices. I had to request vegan options, and it took time. I found a similar lack of vegan choices at Cafe Mercara. I will avoid staying at this hotel again even though I felt welcome.
