The staff was polite and attentive, offering excellent service. i appreciated that food ingredients were explained clearly. jayeeta, at the business lounge on the 5th floor, provided a great experience and ensured i had a good time. the team brought me gifts. I will certainly stay here again.
i noticed slight noise during the day, as there was maintenance on one of the floors.

I appreciated the courteous welcome from the staff upon arrival. the guest services team responded quickly to all requests. Their effectiveness was notable. food at jamavar was delicious. I liked the butter chicken.
The gym equipment seemed quite old. the basement location of the gym was not ideal. It lacked natural light. i experienced frequent power cuts during the night. It was disruptive.

the breakfast was acceptable. the variety and quality were alright.
The room i was initially given did not match my reservation. i booked a room with a balcony, but i was given one without it. It felt deceptive. also, some of the hotel's facilities seemed a bit worn down. i noticed this especially in the bathroom where the fixtures looked aged and not quite up to par for the hotel's reputation
