I had a beautiful double or twin room. It included excellent cleanliness. I also saw perfect desk service. Room service was very prompt and helpful. The inner garden was peaceful and very quiet. It had a charming design.
The gym lacked variety. I wanted more equipment.

I found the desk service very perfect, also room service. The inner garden is charming and quiet, despite heavy traffic outside. I loved the good choices for breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel is a must visit place.
I noticed some minor wear on the carpets in the hallway. It was not a big problem, but I noticed it.

the hotel has great breakfast choices. i appreciated the nicely designed spaces within the hotel. the rain tree flanking the hotel provides shade. i also noticed the hotel is located in the heart of the city.
the lobby was busy when i arrived. no one was at the reception desk at lapis to guide guests. i had to wait to be seated. flies were everywhere too.
