Really good Stay with Great Amenities
friendly staff central location beautiful decor
The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I appreciated the central location since it made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel's decor was beautiful, and the cleanliness was very noticeable throughout my stay.
I noticed the sauna was not operating because it's switched off when not in use, a little inconvenient.

The rooftop view is fine, offering panoramic sights. I really enjoyed it. A spa is conveniently located next door. Parking is available onsite, useful if you have a rental car.

mildew smell rattling air conditioning
The location was quite convenient and the staff seemed helpful enough .
My room smelled strongly of mildew and the air conditioning unit rattled loudly all night I found little sleep. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee supplies one morning. I attempted to use the rooftop pool. it was quite small and crowded leaving me feeling disappointed.

the rooms were super clean and beautifully arranged. the food selection catered to all tastes. the staff were very good too. their friendliness added much warmth to our visit.
our room had a smell that just never left even after turning on the air.

non-functional sauna dirty pool
The sauna wasn't working properly. The staff mentioned it's off unless someone uses it. it created a ridiculous situation where it was never hot when i wanted it. also, the pool area looked pretty dirty, especially the jacuzzi. i paid a lot for one night and the experience did not match the price.
