Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff were very professional and cute. I received a welcome note in my room, a nice touch. The location is excellent, being centrally located on the Capitole square. The 24/7 coffee station with water and snacks was greatly appreciated.
The room did have some minor dust, though housekeeping was prompt when notified.

THE location is unbeatable! I found it so easy to explore everything because of where it was. Breakfast was a delight, and I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice. The staff were ALWAYS smiling and ready to assist.
The air conditioning did not work. It made for a very HOT night. The noise from outside also kept me awake because I could not close the windows completely. There was no chair for the vanity in my room.

The room I was assigned was disappointing! It faced an interior wall, offering no view at all. I found this quite unacceptable. the air conditioning unit was noticeably loud, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom extractor fan also didn't work. These issues need addressing.
