the service during breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff and a pleasant atmosphere. the location is great, close to the beach and transport. i found the pool area was well managed. the gardens were beautiful and added to the tranquility.

i booked half board and thought it was worth it. dinner and breakfast were both of a high standard. the staff in all areas were very efficient. the pool area was well managed.
The hotel is not a true 4 star. It is more like a 3 star.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach and bustops. it is very near to the beach and free parking exist in the area if you rent a car.

Rooms are cozy. towels were changed every day. the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. I slept WELL. the air conditioning worked really fine.

the staff is smiling. the staff is always helpful and polite from reception till you leave. i found the staff especially waiter esteban to be very friendly and proffesional.
