inconsistent housekeeping arranged car service
I was really disappointed by the inconsistent housekeeping. sometimes it was late, and despite my request, a mattress pad never arrived. there was no turndown service either.. it felt impersonal. also, the handling of my car service was frustrating. I confirmed the timing, but it wasn't arranged as planned. we arrived at the airport much too early.

excellent hotel stay
diverse selection thai dishes sunny view
i especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet , it had a rich and diverse selection of fresh seafood. authentic thai dishes were available. international cuisine and delicate desserts were also offered. i appreciated the sunny sea view from my room.
the hotel felt a bit tired overall , needing some updates. i confirmed my car service the morning of departure. the staff insisted i leave very early to arrive at the airport. i got to the airport far too early , unable to check my bags.

stained vanity broken drawer
The newly remodeled hotel had updated rooms that were nice and neat. The staff was professional. Kind, and courteous.
My Bonvoy Platinum status received no special recognition, and I was not offered a room upgrade. We had booked a larger room anyway so I wasn't expecting an upgrade. The room was not updated and the bathroom vanity in particular was old and stained. One of the drawers in the closet was broken and couldn't be used.
